Repair large dent

Hi all, Not specifically car detailing but I've always followed this groups advice when it comes to cleaning my car so here goes. Hi all,

Not specifically car detailing but I've always followed this groups advice when it comes to cleaning my car so here goes.

I have a large dent just between the rear driver door and the fuel cap.
Probably a shopping trolley but no real idea of how it happened.

No damage to the paint.

Would a garage (where we get the car serviced) do the job of popping it out or would I be better off bringing it to a body shop?

I think you might be better off with a paintless dent removal service. They come to you which is handy.
