    Hi Chaps,

My sister has a P20 Pro and seems to be having some issues that I can't find a clear answer to.

She can't search using Google, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AIB and the Ulster Bank apps among others don't load up.

She hasn't updated it recently, she's got loads of internal storage available.

    Any ideas?

Malware? Has she done a scan of the phone to check all is well?
If all is well there then maybe clearing the cache will fix it.

Could be related to the widespread Google Chrome issue? - had major problems on my P10 this morning.

Try force update of Chrome from Playstore, then reboot...

Just update Android system webview and you'll be sorted straight away

Thanks for the replies folks. I asked her to uninstall the updates for webview...... she ended up uninstalling it and seemingly everythingis working fine.

Should I be concerned that she managed to uninstall webview?
