I need this to access online banking as I do not have the app.

Thanks thrifty shopper for getting in touch with us here.

When you are logging in through the browser, if you have never had a digital device attached you will be greeted with the option to order a PSK.

If you have ever previously had a digital device attached to your online banking and are now opting to use the PSK, you will need to call first to remove the digital devices and a colleague can order a PSK for you on 0818200362.

Our colleagues are available Mon to Fri 9am -5pm, weekends it's 10am-4pm
