    Fantastic choice!

Could have put so many goodies here, but this song..

I remember seeing it on MTV & being hooked straight away. Still listen to it so often.

Sinead wins this week. your turn

I've an 'Emo' playlist with only a couple of songs in it. I've listened to some of the songs for years and only recently looked up one of the bands that I always thought might have been an Australian Emo band. Dont ask where that idea came from.
Turns out they are classed as a rock band, and they are German! :D:D

Nevermind though, they will continue to be my 'Emo' band lol

I have definitely done the same...everybody has an unique taste especially on the edges of a genre or with crossover songs...that is one of the things that makes music interesting.
Edit...what was the EMOSS song? :D

    Cool

So I think I'll go with something a bit fun: Theatrical/Opera

Not necessarily looking for classical Opera, I'm thinking more of The Fifth Element blue lady scene, or even Phantom of the Opera.

I know POTO is a serious song, but I always sing it with an exaggerated dramatic tone :pac: so it becomes a bit of silly fun for me

If you dont have an Opera type song, then maybe something just a bit theatrical.

My own song i'll post below is what was the sole inspiration for the theme.

Hope you enjoy this week folk :)

It was Our Mirage - Nightfall :o:D:D

They are actually a METAL band. I was even further off the mark

& I clearly don't know what Emo music is lol. But they are my Emo band

Just realised I had a bit of catching up to do on this thread. That is absolutely brilliant, I think I prefer it to the original.

I always forget you're the polar opposite of your username and expect sunshine and happiness from you, but then remember that you're actually one of the most cynical, cutting, and emotionless people around these parts...

And that's coming from the most cynical, cutting, and emotionless of them all... :D
