"Hybird" 3 Chanel heating time clock

Hi sparkies, I am doing a bit of renovating on my house shortly and am looking for a heating time clock that I can hard wire 2 zones (HW and 1st floor) but need a wireless option for the ground floor stat. Any recommendations appreciated

EPH time clock can do that with a wireless stat and if you want can be connected to there ember app for control on your phone.
