Radio reset after car service ... prompted for security code for a few days then died.

Have the code, just didn't bother doing it quick enough

Any ideas on how to get power back so I can unlock please? Disconnect/reconnect battery?

    Cheers

You should be able to disconnect the fuse for the radio and then reconnect after a couple of minutes, save you going at the battery, the fuse is either in the glovebox or the engine bay, there's 2 fuse boxes.

    Cheers Atlantic Dawn

Actually tried that ... replaced the 15A fuse for "audio modules battery supply" - unless that was the wrong fuse?

Nothing listed explicitly for "radio" on the diagrams for MK2 passenger boards

Yes I'd have thought the 15A blue fuse would have been it, could be anoter in the other box, maybe the battery disconnect is the way to go.

Is there a model number written on front face of radio ?
