I’ve don’t two bets recently online.

    €10 at 4/1 and €10 at 5/1

    Each winning any I got €40 & €50 back.

Surely I should be getting €50 & €60 back (my stake) They’ve taken the €10 from my account for a bet that didn’t lose??

    Or am I missing something?

You should be getting €50 and €60 back unless it was a free bet. In that case they don't pay out your Stake on a free bet.

Sorry misquoted you, it was for the OP.

Rule 4 Deduction? If another horse is withdrawn at short notice.

    Two bets

Justin Thomas to win @ 5/1

3 particular footballers to have a shot on target @ 4/1

Both came in. They took €10 from my account this morning for the Thomas bet that won!! They paid in €50 into my account.

It was either a free bet/bonus used or you are confusing the winnings/staked amounts.
Per chance were you looking at decimal odds?
Look at your account statement pre those bets and see if the balance after the bets were settled is x balance plus €40 and €50.
Normally the stakes are taken off your balance and then added back in with your winnings.

Can I guess the bets were 4.0 and 5.0 in decimals instead of fractions?

    That’s the logical assumption here.

    4.0 = 3/1

The number is what you get back in total for a €1 investment.

With the OP having this question/issue in the first place, that would make sense.
