    Can anyone recommend a company for interview coaching? Talk and competency based interview.

    Ideally, you would find someone who:

    - is qualified -esp. if you're going to pay them. Coaching, interview techniques HR etc - so CIPD, Career coaching qualification etc.)

    - is experienced in the area you are interviewing for...some track-record might be useful

    - is geographically close-ish - you may want to meet them when restrictions allow

    PM sent but if you're in Dublin then I recommend Carr Communications. Quite expensive but very good.

    I agree. I went with Carr Communications too and found them excellent

    I found Helen Hourican very good - had sessions in 2019. She's based in Cork, and I'm not, but she can run the sessions via Skype (although I'm sure everyone is doing similar now!).
