Maybe offer to buy and send them the Parcel Motel label, so all they need to do is box it up and bring to a Parcel Motel locker. Found a seller before who never used Parcel Motel and it turns out initially if you want to top up an account its a min. of 11e ish. They got very confused. Sending them a PDF sold the idea to them :D

Maybe the nearest PM locker is more than 5Km away from him.

Maybe, but I'd also doubt there would be a lot of buyers within 5km of him either

5km limit is for exercise only. If you need to get something be it post, takeaway food, click and collect items then it's allowed.

The odd trip out to Argos or Screwfix is helping keep me sane considering I'm not allowed have a friend over for four months and can't cycle outside of a 5km radius...

Bizarre, when I sell something I don’t give a feck what happens it as long as money is in my hand

Friend of mine was looking at buying a guitar from Germany or Belgium, even went as far as finding shipping costs for the guy. Very slow back and forth before eventually pulling out. Some people just don't want a sale.

I'd prefer to ship something or have them collect it, not a big fan of having to meet up somewhere, figure out a time etc.

37 inch monster Toshiba 4:3 across the pond for £95.

Man if only I had the space / way of getting it over here without it sinking the transport ship.

I wouldn't fancy trying to get that up the spiral stairs!

Clearing out some boxes if any regular here wants these for half the listed price.

Should really bump up the value of a Namco stick or a Lethal Enforcers cart/gun.

The marketplace is kinda invisible on "mobile mode" or whatever, so I thought I'd bump my wanted ad...if anyone has a minus 5v adapter for jamma, let me know please :)

There's a bunch of games I'd rather play in cabinets than superguns.

    A 32inch Sony TV needs a new home - looks like a 4:3

Seems that the Free Trade Ireland site is closing down end of this month, pity. I think I got my 14inch Trini off there.

Selling boxed Vita over on Adverts, reduced a bit already. Can give further Boards A&R discount too. (Hope this is ok btw)

Interesting, if that's indeed a 32 inch 4:3 Trini that's some rarity here...part of me is convinced they've just measured the screen wrong though!

I can't seem to find the model online either.

Looks like a 24 or 27 inch KV series to me. So could be 4:3

What's throwing me (and it's probably just wishful thinking hoping it's a 32 inch 4:3!) is the size of the Trinitron logo compared to the screen, it looks a bit smaller than your usual 29 Inch tv logo. Could be an indication the screen is bigger.

The bottom part with the flap and IR sensor also looks a good bit bigger than usual and ive never seen that on the usual black models you get from that era here.

Can't sign up to the website to ask for more photos as they've disabled new accounts unfortunately!

Last 24 hours that this is on the marketplace before it goes to eBay or attic(I really want to avoid eBay so it might just go in the attic).

    https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2058166479

If a regular wants it I can take €250 for it. Quite a good price :)

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,859 ✭✭✭The_B_Man

I'm planning on making a nice games room in the summer. That might be a nice centre-piece for it.
If you're willing to sell for the €250, I'll take it off your hands.

I know you'd probably get a few quid more on eBay, but let me know.

It'd be 250 plus postage as i couldn't cover the postage within that price(best to do courier for something like this rather than An Post). If you are ok with that stick an offer in on the marketplace to make it official and we can go from there.
