I was spoiled by the news feed on my phone. Most sites had 'spoiler' in the title, but one didn't. :rolleyes:

Poor Jimmy - he was completely on autopilot.

Following in NOLA footsteps bringing in the real life wife of the main star.

I been a long time since Dawber has been on screen the odd guest spot here and there in the last 20 years.

If he does I can't see the show lasting without him even if he goes part time I wouldn't hold out much hope for it getting past a season.

I think most of the articles about him or his health in the past few years have been largely clickbait, it's hard to trust anything. It would be a very different show without Gibbs.

The last couple of episodes and this weeks episode are all hinting that Gibbs is leaving NCIS.

On a side not his real life Mrs was on this weeks episode that also hints getting her on before he leaves.

Vanessa Lachey cast as the lead in NCIS Hawaii, I didn't know she was an actress I know she was a model and reality star so not sure how this will go.

Yasmine Al-Bustami & Jason Antoon are cast as the other season regulars.

Which show will it spin off from, LA seems the logical one since it is on the West Coast and NOLA is ending.

I enjoyed the tablet bit. Jimmy's white coat should really say Dr Palmer on it. Not sure if that's the most complete boat we've seen from Gibbs, but it fits with the theme of him being done, essentially. I remember Phineas, but couldn't tell you when we last saw him.

A while back I saw an episode of NCIS on Fox and it seemed quite interesting, so I set it to series record. I didn’t watch it for a while, but found I had a whole load of episodes recorded from series 16 and 17.

I watched the first couple of episodes and became somewhat hooked. Some of the storylines are quite far fetched, but the chemistry between the various characters and they way in which their relationships develop kept me watching and I have just finished catching up the final few episodes of series 16 and all of series 17.

I’ve now discovered that they are about half way through series 18 and none of these episodes has been recorded as it was on a different series link. I’ve managed to download episodes 9 onwards, but I’m wondering if there’s any way to access the earlier episodes without having to wait several months until they are shown again.

Disney are closing the Fox UK channel at the end of June so you won't be seeing repeats there.

RTE2 finished a repeat run of season 16 last month.

I'd say it could be a year or more before they show the latest season.

All three NCIS series finished on what could have been series finales.

NCIS NO was.

NCIS LA lost two season regulars and got a late renewal.

NCIS itself only for that final second could have worked as series finale if Harmon hadn't renewed a contract.

I lost interest in the main a few seasons back. Just couldn't take Gibbs one dimension look on life and thought Harmon was well past it.

LA, I was always the big fan off but they really seem to have lost their way.

I pin my hopes on Hawaii!

Original show gone really stale the last two seasons, they should have wrapped it up this year.

Never warmed to LA, I liked the characters but the plots were usually way over the top, could never imagine it was in the same 'universe' as the other 2 which were (usually) more realistic.

Hard to know what direction Hawaii will go.
Wasn't there a NCIS LA and Hawaii 50 crossover a few years ago? Strange decision to locate in the same place ( I do realise they have different jurisdictions).
