    -4

    Ederson
    Rudiger Keane Konsa
    Gundogan(C) KdB Aubameyang Raphinha Son
    Kane Watkins

    1st sub DCL. Gd'luck

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,667 ✭✭✭Klonker

    Martinez
    Stones Cancelo Pereira Digne
    Gundog(c) Bruno Salah Raphinha
    Watkins Kane

    DCL Dallas Barnes

Banked the transfer and will sell Barnes next week.

Starting Digne over DCL as I think Chelsea are more likely keep a clean sheet rather than score. I also think West Ham are more likely score than Chelsea so benched Dallas too.

    Martinez,
    Cancelo, Dias, Dallas
    Bruno, Salah, Gundo, Mount,
    Watkins, Kane (C), Bamford

McCarthy | M Periera, Shaw, Dunk

Really nervous about this week and the next 2 for some reason.

Impossible to know who to bench.

    Sanchez
    Pereira Dias Dallas

Banked the hit....got JLingz in for Barnes.

    Martinez

    Robertson | Dias | Stones

    Bruno | Gundogan (C) | Lingard | Raphinha | Salah

    Kane | Bamford

Subs: DCL | Lowton | Coufal

Wasn’t sure whether to bench Bruno or DCL ?? Prob going to go with Bruno on the off chance that he might roll a penalty in at some point

    Johnstone
    Digne - Konsa - Cancelo - Dallas - Lewis
    Son (vc) - Gundog (c) - Lingard - Raphinha
    DCL

    (Martinez - Kane - Vardy - Bruno)

Benchboost active... hopefully momentarily fill my main rivals heart with glee before he sees the chip. Actual bench for reference would be Johnstone - Lingard - Konsa - Lewis. Not expecting much from it at all tbh but want rid and was always the plan to use it week after wildcard. Got Lingard in for Barnes with 29 in mind... should field 10 there without hits now.

Had set up to play Bamford and Raphinha and bench Bruno. Overkill Leeds attack and just start Bruno? Would be for Bamford.

Penalty chance is only reason I'd start Bruno too. Has a poor record against the big sides

    Martinez

    Shaw Stones Dallas

Gundogan (c) Salah Bruno Raphinha Lingard

    Kane Bamford

    McCarthy Calvert Lewin Coufal Lowton.

Good luck everyone can't be any worse then last week!

Who to start Raphinha or Bamford?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,115 ✭✭✭eggy81

Currently like this for a -4
    Martinez
    Dias, Canelo,Coufal
    Lingard, Gundogan (c), Son, Mount
    Kane,Watkins,Bamford

    DeGea, Bruno, Dallas,Aina

A couple of dilemmas. Coufal or Dallas. I feel West Ham more likely to keep a clean sheet but then Dallas capable of attacking returns.
Bruno or Kane. Leaving out Bruno could really pay off or hurt in my money league as the lads challenging have been captaining him almost every week. But we know what both he himself and man united are like. The could come alive v city though the current trends don’t suggest it’s likely. Is Dias likely to play twice again?

Who to start Raphinha or Bamford?

Raphinha is bossing the stats at the moment so I would start him.

Every week I get this last-minute urge to take a hit to get a player in....

    KDB for Salah anyone?

Ha Ha, I just looked at Liverpool’s run of fixtures and considered Bruno to salah for a hit. Talked myself out of it for now. See how they go this weekend

Im keeping Salah on reputation and what-ifs at this stage.

    running with the wildcard :

no idea why I have 2 decent keepers but I do.

    Ederson
    Vestergaard, Chilwell, Maitland Niles
De Bruyne, Raphina, Mount and Son
    Jesus, Bamford and Kane

    Bench
    Martinez, Jota, Baldock and Kilman

my logic is that I see Vestergaard as a potential to score in the game v shelf utd and potential for over 60mins in the man city game (I think they will keep a tight game against Man City considering they conceded so many earlier in the season),
    - Newcastle have lost St Maximin again and appear to be toothless without him,
    - Chilwell seems to be getting minutes and always offers attacking potential, similar logic applies to mount

Raphina and Bamford - Leeds players offering a threat always, similar to Son/Kane.

At the moment captaincy is on De Bruyne which I suspect a lot of people will do, he always has ability to grab points.

I think the Man City Double might bring about some pep rotation - so hopefully I have selected players which will get minutes (I know Jesus might not play both games, but im hopeful)

Although you not already having the 3 city players and being able to move to Kdb in one move is nice.

He burned me a few times early in the season plus im not sure about his gametime. I'd love to chance it but im chasing points as it is.

It’s a tough one. Potential dgw bounty vs a cl Liverpool talisman who you feel sure must bounce back. As an lfc fan listening to klopp yesterday I feel he’s still got this and there will be a backlash. But when?

    Bamford, Bruno and DCL

    No hits :D
    Martinez
    Cresswell, Cancelo, Dunk,
    Salah, Bruno, Jesse, Gundog(c),
    Blankford, Kane, DCL

    McCarthy, Dallas, Lookman, Holding

After the DGW from hell this one can only be better

Free transfer was Barnes to Lingard.

    Martinez
    Cancelo Dias Konsa
Salah Gundo (c) Fernandes Lingard Raphinha
    Bamford Kane

    Pope - DCL Digne Dallas

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,483 ✭✭✭macraignil

    Martinez
    Cancello, Stones, Targett
    Son, Lingard, Fernandes, Gundogan(c), B.Traore
    Bamford, Kane

    Johnstone, Holding, DCL, Mitchell

Finally shipped out Salah so he is bound to get double digits against Fulham now but seeing him subbed off when Liverpool were a goal down in the last game made me think a change was needed so going to give Lingard a run.

    Good luck!

Not much action players wise today. Just Martinez

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,501 ✭✭✭✭castletownman

Took a -4 hit to bring back in KDB for Sterling and Kane for Vardy. Lining up as:

    Sanchez
    Lowton Holgate Targett Cancelo
    KDB (c) Raphinha Son
    Kane DCL Maja.
    McCarthy, Fernandes, ESR, Mitchell (injured).

A pile of 0-0s in three of the four games today will do me nicely.

    Barnes to Lingard
    Martinez
    Cancelo Cresswell Lowton
Bruno Son Lingard Gundogan Sterling (c)

    Mendy DCL Digne Shaw

Yeah it looks a quiet enough day fantasy wise. I've 3 (Martinez, Watkins & Pereira) and I'd guess that's probably above average for today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,150 ✭✭✭Xander10

I'd imagine it will be a quiet Saturday for most. I've just one playing.

The form of Arsenal players will be interesting to monitor for the short week coming up.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,301 ✭✭✭✭Father Hernandez

Burnley XI: Pope; Taylor, Mee, Tarkowski, Lowton; McNeil, Westwood, Brownhill, Gudmundsson; Wood, Vydra.

Arsenal XI: Leno; Tierney, Mari, David Luiz, Chambers; Xhaka, Partey; Willian, Odegaard, Saka; Aubameyang.

Hoping my punt on starting Vyrda comes in.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,654 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

    Martinez
    Dias Pereira Konsa Rudiger
    Gundo(c) KDB Lingard Pereira
    Kane Watkins

    Bruno on the bench :o

    Martinez

    Dias (C) Cancelo Konsa

    Auba Salah Son Raphinia Gundogan

    Watkins Ings

    Subs: DCL Dallas Shaw

Just the one transfer made, but 2 punts. Haven't gotten a captain right in a few weeks, so Dias it is. Auba in for Bruno with GW29 in mind. Actually feeling ok about both. Currently 3.5k, we'll see what happens.

    Martinez
    Dias Coufal Dallas
    Gundogan(c) KDB Bruno Son

Feels quite templatey at the moment

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,908 ✭✭✭claw

    Martinez
    Konsa Dias Cancelo
    Lingard Bruno Gundogan(C) Salah Raphinha
    Bamford Kane

    Subs: Areola DCL Dallas Digne

1 transfer, Lingard in for Barnes.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,355 ✭✭✭Jim Gazebo

All I have today is Watkins and Martinez.

Jewel in crown is captaining kane. ****ting myself. Everyone has Gundogan in my money league which I just got up near top in, hope my gut feeling was right.

Was a toss up between him and Son. Went for Son. I'll probably bring him in for Sterling for 29

    Went Saka for Barnes

    Should have scored just now

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,305 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Prodston

Auba has been doing quite a few goals under the radar recently it feels?

So assuming I've now noticed and could be tempted to bring him.... he'll promptly stop again :pac:

Did Barnes to Lingard this week with my FT and kept the rest of my disappointments!
