Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, can anyone tell me if my employer has the right to cancel some of my annual leave with only 2 weeks to go. They say they don't have enough cover for my job.

Generally yes they can - the times at which you take annual leave are at your employer's discretion. That said it's not great employment relations to do it, particularly if you have plans or had something booked in pre-COVID times. Can you push back and say you've already committed to things because you booked the time off in advance? While their lack of holiday cover isn't your responsibility it's an excuse they can technically use to revoke your annual leave.
