Funny how Ryan didn’t repeat his earlier view that Italy shouldn’t be in the tournament at all!

Musical instrument of an me sort on the way for the plug for Monaghan Music.

Show started late this morning as new over-ran, and yet Bryan still ran out of waffle at just 9:15. Intriguing.

Proof, yet again, that he now just wings the programme.

Lazy, lazy broadcasting for which we are paying eye watering sums of money.

they should make a more realistic Eircode ad:

"..im on the bordwalk covered in my own puke and faeces..."

Don't peter out your patter when replying to a texter saying not everyone behaved like scummers, Ryan.
Of course that's all you saw - the firework and abuse at the top of the line because that's all that was shown.
    Narratives, narratives!
PS I wouldn't be a supporter of violent protests or both extremes that take advantage of any protest in this country.

I'm surprised he didn't rehash last week's intriguing anecdote about seeing a crow eating a discarded bag of chips.

He really outdid himself that day in the inane waffle stakes.

New contender for the most inane time wasting story hes come up with so far. The provenance of a painting. A British 'upperclass' painting aswell.

For me Tubridys association with the famine reminds me of Göth at the start of schidlers list when he is on the balcony of his mansion overlooking the camp.

Half heard that but did Ryan completely miss the fact thay the big black dog is for depression? And not just a story about an actual dog.

Surely to jesus I've picked that up wrong.

From what I heard (I was only half listening) Tubridy doesn’t appear to know that Churchill’s Black Dog was how he referred to his depression.

Bloody hell, he’s not as well read as he claims.

    That's just tragic.

Really embarrassed for him is all I can be. In terms of literature education I have gone as far as the english leaving cert and even I picked up on it.

That's so awkward for him honestly. This facade of a persona is little more than skin deep.

Edit: just to clarify I'm not embarrassed for him that he didnt know something. That's completely fine and its terrible to behave snobbish or look down on anyone ever. I'm well aware in the grand scheme of things I'm probably an absolute redneck but I'm out here doing my best and not making myself out to be anything else.

What I'm embarrassed for him over is that his facade was so flimsy and lightweight. His persona of being bookish and well read has had another light shone on it it and it's been shown up. I doubt he even read the book tbh. He got caught out in his lies actually like billy big balls (billy big books)

I am totally convinced that he 'reads so many books' by reading in depth reviews of them online.

If you did that, you could very easily pass yourself off as having read it.

I have no doubt he does read some books but not anywhere near as many as he claims. But he is trying to create a persona of an educated, well read, intelligent, I'm smarter than you guy.

    And fails.
