Card Services Opening Hours

    Hi, According to the information provided via the BoI app under Card Services the opening hours is shown as 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. I called Card Services just after 5pm today Wednesday on the number provided (1890 251251) but was advised that the office was closed. What are the card services office hours?

    Our card services team is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We do apologise for any inconvenience and we will certainly raise this directly with the team to ensure this is rectified.
