EIR and moving home

    I moved home 2 weeks ago and notified eir well in advance yet I am still waiting for an installation appointment.

    I have called eir but I have been given the run around even though all I want is an update.

    Meanwhile I am still being charged?

    Has anyone any advice on how to get their attention?

    Move to a different provider, any provider.
