Hi, I have been using on line banking for several years and prefer to pay bills electronically. However I am seriously considering going back to cheque book until the new system is made more user friendly. Between being logged off, timed out, trying to find the screen I needed to be on etc it took me five goes to pay the first bill and two (I think, I lost track) to pay the second. It would be easier to drive to the bank.

Thankfully, the original login page can still be found (hopefully they leave it there permanently). I use it all the time. All the new security features are a pain.
