    Hi what do u need to open an account for a 14yr old?

    Do u need PPS and birth cert , thanks?

    In order to open a 2nd Level Account, you will need:
    • Passport
    • Selfie holding the passport
    • Parent/Legal Guardians proof of address

    Thanks for getting back to us here.

    A Birth Certificate can be used, however, it would be necessary to call in to your local branch to do this. It wouldn't be possible to complete the application online.
