TRS mortgage relief

    Took out a mortgage in 2012. Turns out we were entitled to claim TRS. My bank didn’t provide the TRS form in the mortgage package. . Anyone know if there’s a way around this to claim it? Thanks

    you can probably only go back 4 years. You lived in it as your main residence I assume

    Yes, we did a house renovation in 2012, I’m not sure if I have any comeback with the bank for prior years. So annoying.

    Make a complaint with bank. If no resolution escalate to financial ombudsman.
