Old wheel nut

I have an old jack with a wheel that I lost the nut out of. It fits down into the top of the bolt so any old nut won't do
Is it possible to cut the wheel apparatus open with an angle grinder and replace and put a longer bolt in it.

Any idea if this is a special type of bolt?

Is the thread on the jack wheel normal sized? Eg m8/m10 etc
