Framed shower door size

Probably over thinking this one but... If i install a shower tray 1200 x 900 and tile down to the tray will my 1200 shower door have enough adjustment to for the tile/adhesive? or should I fit the tray & frame then tile up to both ? thanks

Depends on the door but most shower doors can be adjusted by 20-40mm.
