How to get registration number for old Honda motorcycle

Any ideas how to get registration number for old Honda motorcycle I am restoring?

I had the chassis number ( HA02 - 1425941 ) checked on the NVDF but nothing is coming up.

Don’t know if it is UK or IRL. It’s either a H50 or H90 Cub. How do I tell the difference?

Check the side of the barrel, it should have a cc number cast into it.
I doubt you can get the reg number off the chassis. The NVDF is largely a work of fiction and in that era even more so.
