If so, what are the codes to tune it in?

No such thing and never will be, +1 channels exist to hoover up advertising revenue with little extra cost involved for the company in question (a transponder frequency). As the beeb has no ads it makes no sense as useful as it might be

I always wondered that alright. How RTE which is much smaller than the BBC can have a +1 for both its main stations and yet the BBC never have. Such a pity. It would be great if they did.

The BBC justify the iPlayer as the reason they don't need time shift channels.

They may have no ads but they still have targets for audience share.

The uk regulator won't allow BBC+1 as they view it as unfair competition to commercial rivals.

Basically it is too popular and would send some other channels out of business
