Hi, I cannot access either the App or website. How can i access my account, i need to pay off my Credit card…

Hi,
I cannot access either the App or website. I am getting the following error:

Sorry to see you are having difficulties with logging into your banking.

If you can give a call on 0818200362 our Migration Team can resolve this for you. It will be necessary to hold on the line to reach an Advisor. (There is less than a 2 minute hold time at the moment.)

The Team above can certainly rectify this with you.
