NCT question, replacing front of car with different make

I was wondering if I buy a Seat Exeo that was crashed in front with minor damage. And replace the whole front from Audi A4 which is basically the same car.
Would that pass NCT?

Uum, assuming you put the Seat badge instead of Audi rings?

Check insurance first if they will cover the original car, if it's blacklisted it will be hassle.

Far as I know you need to cat d (may have the cat wrong as been a while) write off the car, do your work and then get an assessor to sign off.

Not so much an NCT issue as insurance.

We ran all sorts of modified cars through NCT - it's pass fail and they couldn't give a whit after that.
