Added more GME, I hope Wall Street can't win this easily, it's scandalous what they're doing. The big boys rallying around each other when they're being beaten at their own game.

    this doesnt look recoverable

Easy for me to say as I have no money in (perhaps a blessing revolut are taking forever to approve) but I would hang on and see what happens when people are not still locked out of buying.

I'm not a conspiracy person, but discords being shut down, reddits disappearing, robinhood and a host of others stopping people from trading particular stocks, would seem to have the effect, and perhaps the intent, to scaring people into selling and thus tanking the price

    Look at the VW graph

This may be the dip similar to VW in 2008, it dropped from 400-200 and the squeeze came and it shot up to 999$

They gotta start buying soon though

I have no choice but to hang on as revolut won't allow me sell my GME lol, I only have 0.7 of 1 stock and I think that may be the issue, we have to sell full stocks?

Hoping AMC goes above 12 again

Very shady indeed. Funny if it went the other way they would blame Russian bots or something

Lads the movie about this is going to be something else, including WSB usernames playing their own character.

I wonder what the coverage of this will be in the mainstream media. The easy story will be that a ton of retail investors bought in at 300+ and lost a ton. In reality, the story is that wall street collaborated (forced) with brokers to prevent further purchases which drove down the price.

GME was ~ $20 start of the month. At this rate, it can't be ruled out today!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,389 ✭✭✭dan786

300$ drop in under 2 hours

What Odds AMC ends today in the Green?

Up from $7.10 to $10.10 in the past half hour

id say 100/1. No way it closes in the green.

The volume looks low enough, RH has a lot to answer for.

volume is very light so anything could happen yet will probably be pumped and dumped a few more times while the hedge funds try and recover there losses

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,389 ✭✭✭dan786

    $126

  • Administrators Posts: 56,216 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

    126. It's properly in freefall now.

Schwab just crashed (as I was due to put in limit order and dip my toe into GME). Won’t allow login now and just says functionality not available.

    Very shady.

My limit order for AMC might get me involved. Either way, I’m not doing any work for the next while.

The traded volume of Gamestop has frozen on my account, so nobody is selling. Price of $153 is artificial. One trade at that price would give that price.

I've heard you say many times that you're better than no one
And no one is better than you
If you really believe that you know you have nothing to win
    And nothing to lose

Wondering if this was a sell off by the shorts hoping to buy at the bottom and cover their positions way cheaper.

If so it might still sky rocket similar to the VW squeeze
