Is the implication here that old people are idiots and shouldn’t be allowed to make financial decisions for themselves?

Last week - 80 year olds are clever, clued in, brilliant with de Zoom and young and flying fit.

This week - 80 year olds are dumb, can't understand T&Cs, can't use de computers and are old and frail.

We own the banks...can I have a refund for making absolutely outstandingly idiotic financial decisions.

Well as I said yesterday..............we've had peeple get inshuredance payouts when they "forgot" to renew their premium, and then hundreds if not thousands of peeple got their accounts re-credited after THEY willingingly gave their account number and PINs to "nasty fraudsters". How is this any different to those idiotic decisions?!!!

    I am being sarcastic btw!

Managers had targets to sell this type of loan. Weekly meetings and asked to explain themselves when they didn't come up with the goods.

What does Baz Ashmawy think of these loans?

He thinks they're great because he got circa €50k for a day's work to make an ad to warn old people not to be thick.

    Exactly so.
I was targeted by the Asst Mgr of a local bank, who lived up the road from me.
Cheeky bstd was trying to give me money to pay others to finish off my building.
Twat didn't seem to realise I'd no intention of ever letting any other git put their hands on my stuff, especially having spent years going into and over all the houses in the area and seeing the appalling standard of building in some of them.
