For rice, if I want extra taste, I always put my dry rice into the saucepan, mix in 2 tbsp of tomato puree, a tiny bit of water to mix it properly, salt and pepper, then boil as normal, makes it a kinda nice orange/red rice

for fish plentyyyyy of salt and pepper always, a drop of fresh lemon and a sprinkle of fresh parsley?
