Why didnt they consult their family members?

I'm thinking of cashing in the house so I can have a bit of comfort and happiness in my older years but that will mean you won't inherit a few hundred grand. What do you think?

If there’s anymore of a lien on the house. The banks only get the site. That’ll learn them.

True but the alternative is to blow the house on a predatory loan without telling anyone.

For the likes of me who has no clue about things financial, other than the common sense not to have blown the money I earned over the years, THIS is the most boring programme of the year.

All uz people who never inherited a house, or never will, are having a great snigger at all these ‘disappointed’ callers.

Another thing that I dont understand is that thousands of people in this country were stung when the banking system collapsed.

Then other people go out and repeat past errors. Why?

I take out a lifeloan in 2005 to give my children money for deposits on houses. Their houses are flying up in value. Am I missing something?
