    This woman and her husband can live in their house comfortably without any financial implications on them until they die. Its not her problem - I dont know why she is crying. The banks gain but thats what she signed up to. There is no story here.

    What did the spend the €120k on? She had the house fully paid for, she was getting the state pension, perhaps a proyvate one too.

    I call BS on this. if you dont pay your regular mortgage the interest piles up with late fees etc.
