A try just before HT a real boost. Ospreys actually look decent to be fair. Did the ref give the yellow card to right player?

The tmo checked it and said yes. Not much argument from Tuperic either.

Ospreys fortunate not to be penalised at previous 2 scrums tbh

Edit: and then they get one, sickener.

Boyle do have a chance for 6 nations. He, Bealham and Marms are the (only) 3 pointing to international level today

    (Porch excepted obviously)

Sullivan, Dillane, and Thornbury are very decent players though

Surely, surely should have been a penalty to Heff there on the jackle

    Wootton CAN'T tackle. Again

Missed tackles led to both tries that we gave away

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,622 ✭✭✭sioda

    Ridiculously long advantage there.

Connacht do know the 2nd half started like 15 minutes ago?

    Here we go again

Disastrous first 10 minutes or so of the 2nd half. And more ropey tackling.

Ospreys didn't get into 22 so no real advantage for them

This has been a putrid performance and we're honestly lucky to be as close as we are.

My God, even their 9 can break tackles.

    Three tried now, same cause

Maul defence is non existent. Totally unacceptable.

Just horrendous tackling again. Webb should never have made the line there.

Poor defending by Connacht. Ospreys deserve that lead.

Fitzgerald getting great distance from those kicks from hand, Carty-esque

Murphy's advantage time seems very random.

    Blade and Delahunt look lively

I don't think it's ever measured in time, just pitch position.

I'll admit Murphy's refereeing frustrates me at time but if you don't know the difference between scrum and penalty advantage you are in no position to criticise any referee.

All the more reason Carty should be playing!

Would much rather have him starting v Wales

Bizarre that he’s not playing here because Farrell is going to pick Sexton even if turned up on his zimmer frame.

Thought Marmion had a good game but blade has come on and made a huge impact, great having that depth at 9

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,047 ✭✭✭Bazzo

Eh, where are the resets for both sides standing up gone now?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,395 ✭✭✭macslash

Was that scrum penalty harsh? Seemed it

That’s not what I was referring to.
