Hi, I was recently granted permission for an 80 sq/m domestic garage. I am going down the direct labour route with the construction of this. When lodging a commencement notice would I be correct in selecting "NEW COMMENCEMENT NOTICE WITH OPT OUT DECLARATION"? I've tried doing it this way but when I get to the stage to "Add…

Hi,

I was recently granted permission for an 80 sq/m domestic garage.

I am going down the direct labour route with the construction of this.

When lodging a commencement notice would I be correct in selecting "NEW COMMENCEMENT NOTICE WITH OPT OUT DECLARATION"?

I've tried doing it this way but when I get to the stage to "Add Building", Under "Type of Building or Works", I select "Construction of a new building(s)".

The only option under "Proposed use of building *" is "Residential (Dwellings)" and when I select that the sub groups available are either "Dwelling house(s)", "Dwelling house(s) with attached garage" or "Dwelling – Community Dwelling(s)"?
