It often doesn't turn out too well for them.

I think Samantha Mumba thought she could become one of those 'professional mummy bloggers'.

When she announced she expecting a sprog, she announced it the same day as Kate Middleton, the wife of Prince William.
Worst possible timing. Nobody cared because her kid wasn't royalty.

Vogue at least was able to get the usual tripe shows to pay attention. Helped she was dating a Towie fella.
ah poor Samantha, that tit of a manager-louis (this year's x factor really is the BEST EVER)walsh used to get her in the studio and tell to copy Britney spears as much as is physically possible!

She wouldn't have gotten anywhere without him. We saw that on that Harvey Goldsmith documentary. Literally wouldn't listen to a single thing he told her to do.

Mumba likes to pretend she was the next Britney, or Christina, or whatever. But they could outsing and outdance her. Hell, Britney could even out-act her. (Yep, Mumba was that bad).

She had one album, just one. (Not including a compilation album). Her second album never materialised, as her singles kept failing to chart well. But she 'promised' the second album was on the way. Never happened.

She should have focused on the music-but she genuinely thought she was better than she was.

I always say folks when I'm chatting to more than one person at a time.

I've just realised I'm one of those t**ts who annoys people with silly office speak.

I just want to thank you MuffinTop86 for your feedback on the matter. I will hit the ground running in trying not to do that this week. Maybe we will brainstorm sometime this week for an update. I'll revert back and touch base with you shortly.

Wondering now if you’re a revert backer or if it was part of your blue sky thinking.

Anything in the revert family is a no for me.
Can people not just say I’ll get back to you instead of this dork speak!

influencers are worse when they do this,, theres one prominent one in cork and she was doing her own classes despite being only a parent for a few months...i can guess her classes are, make up on the kids and get the most expensive baby gear ....

Is it the one who looks like she’s transitioning - Just Jordan?

Someone mentioned the name on annoying ads thread, Greta Thunberg! She needs to be left up in some god forsaken place with no access in or out to the outside world for the rest of her life.

jason byrne and Bernard o shea very similar the most unfunny comedians i've ever seen, yet when they're on the late late(yawn) or whatever the audience are pissing themselves laughing ,are they paid to do it or pissed or what?maybe it's me but i cringe whenever they pop up.

A lot of Ryan's fan base buys into his whole thing about being kind.
So, I suppose when a comedian is on. The kind thing to do is laugh.

We also know there's a 'warm up' guy who's job it is to get the audience warmed up.

Wouldn't surprise me if he's on, behind the camera, to get the audience laughing.

Been a long time since there was anyone/ anything resembling a comedian on the late late. Folks are too afraid to potentially offend anyone.

Women of a certain vintage seem to love him on facebook. They praise him for his up lifting/positive stories during the pandemic.

I always tend to 'check' on the people who comment on the LLS, and praise Ryan.

Many of them are in the media industry.

They don't risk upsetting the status quo, in case they don't get hired at the National Broadcaster.

When it's a younger person they do seem to have some link to the industry.

A lot of the GAA lads find him an absolute bore and just want to flog their book with him in my experience. They often like the Tweets slagging him.

The women I mention are the one's who share inspirational quotes, fake competitions, posts about missing dogs in Canada, etc.

Now it starts to make sense. I wonder what's the story with the adoring audiences, do they kidnap their families and threaten their lives unless they are suitably clapping and laughing energetically?

Not trying to cause offence to offence to anybody but I think it's one of the changes some women experience when going through the change is they start liking Ryan.

Don't look at him... Don't look at him... ;)

Ooof.... we're gonna lose our liquor license after that comment. :D

Jesus, can you imagine... 'Right ladies, the first warning sign of the menopause is you'll start liking Ryan Tubridy'...

Probably explains the rising levels of incidents of suicide in older women.

Hozier, a bloody tool! I just can't stand him. RTE have a ready made replacement for Bono as he's practically a younger version of him and over the years will be despised by many I'm sure. We'll only ever hear of him a couple of times during the year, whenever there's money to be raised on the late late show and of course, new years eve. Oh and Imelda May, another twit in the same mould.

    Bradley Walsh

I like him a lot. He's brilliant as Graham from Doctor Who.

    Used to hate Imelda May.

Then she changed her hairstyle, changed her style, and suddenly she was fit... (That was a confusing day for me, for sure).

But Hozier is a prat. May rarely touches on politics, Hozier practically bathes in it.

He is apparently very popular in the UK. I have had limited exposure to him but and my superficial view is that he is a smarmy cockney cheepy chappy in the Jim Davidson mould. Similar to Shane Richie, another one I love to hate.

Funny thing about Walsh and Richie-both of em dated a Nolan sister. And both of them cheated on a Nolan sister.

I think Richie just burned too many bridges. Walsh is said to be one of the nicer guys out there.
But there's something about him. Even if I can tolerate him, I wouldn't want to be in a room with him.

Another I can’t stand is Hozier, He just likes to Moan and complain and it just gets rather tiresome.

Ronan Keating, what an obnoxious git. I read he wants to meet Boris Johnson in a park to discuss the UK's government's actions that are affecting the arts, with music in particular.

I think disliking Ronan Keating is totally explicable. :D Totally not suitable for this thread. He’s a twerp, it’s obvious.
