Ireland to ban Menthol cigarettes and Rolling Tobacco from May

has anyone seen this report before, (I just realise now its from March last year) that Ireland is banning menthol cigarettes and rolling tobacco from May. There's a lot of rollie smokers out there, how are they going to police this, like especially if we get out of this pandemic, people will just buy tobacco overseas and bring it in to the country.
