How do you get a job in SPCA like I mean become an SPCA inspector ? Do you need to do some college course's first

Volunteer at shelter and help, ask the inspectors when the come in if they can put in a good word for you.

I'm sure the people working/volunteering at shelters will be able to assist you in finding the right courses to do which might help you get on the right path.
