You should be able to trace this cheque by linking in with our customer service desk directly.

If you have Banking 365 you can send an online secure message buy logging in and selecting 'Service Desk' > 'Ask a Question' and one of my colleagues would be happy to help.

Alternatively you can call our customer service desk on 0818365365 and an advisor would also be able to assist you further.
