    Were these the reports that weren't published for political reasons?
    That first report says the cost to benefit is 0.25 or less, so for every 4 euro spent only 1 euro would return?

    Looks like the greenway is the only option now.

    The 'political reason' is probably because the report didn't support the argument to reinstate a rail link that was not required....

    Greenway makes good use of an otherwise vacant space and should bring significant local economic benefit, as in Waterford/Dungarvan and Westport/Achill...
