They need to ban him for good and be done with it. Even Facebook of all companies have banned him.

He generates way too much traffic on the site for Twitter to ever ban him. It's all about the money

After threatening to arrest them his next rally will be interesting.

They need to make his account private and unfollowable, but not tell him.

He can spend his remaining years sitting in a man-nappy in Mar a Lago, chomping on cheeseburgers and dribbling his brainfarts into a ‘special secret’ corner of the internet.

He should be told about it on his deathbed. Just to see the look on his face.

He didn’t write that speech, he most likely had zero input into its content and it’s clear he didn’t mean one single word of it either. The GOP made him make that speech in a damage limitation exercise but it’s too late for that now. He has destroyed so much in the last 4 years.

It must have galled him to make the speech. He'll be a lonely old man with criminal charges pending this time 2 weeks

Beat me to it - was just about to say that must have killed him.

100%. Can't see any way for the republicans to make a positive out of this latest escapade though.

They’ll probably in true cuntybollocks right winger style tell the Americans.. “hey, don’t blame US...YOU voted for him ! “

They tend to enjoy covering their own failures by throwing others, everybody else under the bus..

He barely paused for breath making that speech. It just reeked of insincerity, I'd say Mitch McConnell and co literally held a gun to his head and told him he had to make it. And even then he somehow managed to big himself up while lying about how quickly he sent the National guard in.

Probably the most insincere speech I have ever seen, the man was inciting and encouraging insurrectionists in Capitol Hill just the other day.

He's an total embarrassment to his country at this stage.

The deep state made him do it.

Free speech and all that. Twitter should let him tweet but block retweets and not count likes. Like starving a fire from oxygen.

Why are people even following him, I just ignore him?

No, I think I'm right, Trump is finally conceding defeat.

If Twitter dropped him for good, he would find a corner of the internet that would not be dark for long, and be a big loss for them.

He will be back and stronger unless impeached, since this would be the constitutional way of preventing another presidency.

Parler is where he would end up preaching to his flock if Twitter banned him.
