    Hi Guys,

I would be grateful on views on insulating an attic..

I was considering Steico Flex for the roof...see here https://youtu.be/RNE0KDalUKE

My attic needs to be insulated properly as it has bare rockwool insulation from when it was built in 1990. I have been conscious of it and noticed the felt on north side of the roof was dripping with condensation this evening.
I'm considering 150mm rockwool for the attic floor.

Once it's properly certified, then fire ahead.

Is it a wood fibre product?

This is the elephant in your attic. You need to go big game hunting.

Either insulate the floor or the roof, not both. I recommend you improve the floor insulation.
The dripping felt is likely due to your attic space being under ventilated combined with very cold weather.

It's a wood fibre product alright. On consideration will need to look at it with regards to fire...
