Soil Stack in Flat Roof Leaking

Hi all I’m nearly certain the soil stack which goes through the flat roof is leaking. I’m having a bit of a moan. I enjoy DIY, I do. But sometimes you just get sick of things always going wrong and always having to be fixed. There’s so many other things on the list. Ah!
