    Then just take what you can. Neither is going to make a massive difference under the circumstances

    The first is a multivitamin. 2x2 per day seems entirely normal. Nothing to do with how hardcore you train.
    The second is creatine. The suggested serving is pretty small. You’d want to double it to get any sort of benefit. It’s more suited to powder.

    I’d probably keep the vitamin tablets and ditch creatine for powder
