Not ears or hands or livers.
But penis is the designation for MALE generative organ and vagina is the designation for the passage from the vulva to the uterus in the FEMALE and thus the words directly describe the biologically SEXED function of the organs. The organs do not have gender "identities" in real life.

Between male and female among the following characteristics there is significant difference
Jaws
Waist hip ratio
Height and weight
Finger length ratios
Rib cage sizes
Lumbar curves
Pelvises are constructed very differently
Angle of femurs
Skull sizes
Thyroid cartilage
Teeth sizes. Women have more enamel.
Conversion of energy into muscle or fat is different.
Size of trachea and bronchi
Heart size
Higher haemoglobin
Thickness of skin differs
Amount of body hair
Higher melanin in males
