When Henderson and Fabinho have the ball Southampton are constantly committing 4 or 5 players to the press. There should be plenty of space behind it as their back line isn't committing to the press, Gini, Thiago and Ox are never making a move to get free.

Ox has been much worse imo.

Also, Thiago's position tonight is primarily shielding. If you get some creativity from it its a bonus. Ox's role is purely attacking and driving into their half, which he hasn't been doing at all.
