    True, and fair enough, but if you have a system which can have a player sitting on a bench for 79 mins, and those 79 mins can contribute more than being on the pitch, then the system is obviously flawed, regardless of what any player does on the pitch for 79 mins.

    Wouldn’t have much sympathy for people captaining defenders.

    Even more so this season. So many big players have hit almost Cristiano Ronaldo levels of big scoring consistency. Everyone that’s successful at FPL keeps it simple.

    From the vibe of the first 10 minutes there will likely be goals in this Chelsea v Man City game. Plenty of forward passes, looking for angles, constant movement. Basically everything the Ireland football team does not do.

    Not sure about that Chess grandmaster fella Magnus Carlsen was known to make a few out there decisions in fpl. Gerard Braithwaithe in Sept 2019 and selling Salah.

    Maybe the Chelsea players wanted to take it further out, in order to make a better shooting angle? Was only a yard or two in the difference anyways.

    As far as I can remember, you're allowed to take a free kick / throw in further away from goal if you want to.

    Flip sake Gundogan seems to be playing a different role. 5.4m only .2 more than Soucek.

    KDB has his assist anyway. All I need now is sterling to get involved.
