I didn't see it live but looking at the above accounts the Villa player nudges Pogbas leg as he's striding forward, causing Pogba to trip himself. I'd call it a foul.

It's an old trick, we've all seen it before VAR came in, it's a way to win a penalty , trip yourself. But here we are with VAR and they still fell for it .

This is what happened. Infuriating for a defender as they're trying to do the right thing but a tangle of legs and that's what happens. Be a free anywhere on the pitch

Really think people here musnt ever play football themselves. Someone can very easily make you trip yourself like Luiz did to Pogba, there wasnt even 1% of play acting from pogba there, he genuinely tripped himself after he was fouled.

Pogba literally told Shaw to dive a minute before he did himself, You could clealry see him shouting and pointing at the deck to Shaw after ge made a break into the box

Can you point out the foul. I'm looking at Luiz's legs, no trip there, I'm looking at his arm, no drag back.
All I see is Pogba tripping himself and falling down as if shot .

Watch the two Twitter videos, it's as clear as day to me. Right leg nudges Pogba's left leg causing him to trip himself. Clear foul in my opinion
