Smart oil tank monitor

Following a recent oil leak (see the kerosene leak thread) I've replaced my tank with a bunded one. I also want to get a proper monitoring system, not only to inform me of any sudden drops like another leak, but also to monitor usage and better plan.

I want one with a phone app rather than just the ones that plug into the house and display on the unit.

Any suggestions? The new tank is a 1000L bunded Kingspan like this one:

sorry to bother , but where did you get your tank, and how much ? i need to do this as your post put the fear in me .thanks and happy new year

Got it from a guy in the North, I live in Donegal just near the border.

He gets them from the councils up north when housing executive properties upgrade to gas.

Second hand cost me £330 plus £60 for delivery. Plus he helped me pump out what was left in the old tank into drums, then back into the replacement tank once the plumber had hooked it up.

Same tank is anywhere from €700-1000 new.
