    Grafton Street was open for sit down last Saturday when I ran in to grab coffee so I presume the others are too

    It's open for dine out; they have tables and chairs on the street now.

    You "eat" or "feed".

    no one dines at a fast food joint, only the ground floor of mcdonalds o,connell street is open ,you can sit down and have a burger, theres about 8 tables in use.when i went in there was only 4 employee,s working there .
