I signed up to Electric Ireland on Sunday 29 November and as part of the welcome bonus I opted for the Google Nest Hub.

The confirmation "switch in motion" email mentioned that "If you selected a welcome gift (for example Google Nest Hub), you will receive a separate email in the next 21 days with further details."

It is now over the 21 days mark and I have not received this separate email yet.

When should I be receiving it?
