Draught beside new fuse box

After building on an extension we've had a second fuse box installed right beside the original one. The hall is now freezing with a noticeable draught from the fuse box.
How do I rectify this.
Temperature beside fuse box is about 6 or 7 degrees colder than the rest of the house.

Most likely removal of insulation to chase the wires through. Or larger hole than required.

It may be hard to fix but it may involve removal of the fuse board and sealing any gaps and insulation breaks before refitting the board back up.

If it's a bungalow, maybe the insulation above the fuse board was moved and needs to be put back.

Who laid the provisions for the cable run?
Did the builder provide a duct that didn’t penetrate the thermal layer?

Don’t jump down his neck too quickly.

Are you allowed just box the new box in a sealed cabinet? Might solve all the issue. not sure on compliance?

You should just get expanding foam to plug the ope and try match the colour of the box to hide it, might need to spray from inside the ope to get a better seal, one the expanding foam is hard cut it down and put some airtightness tape over it, should do the trick
