Does west coast cooler expire?

    Does west coast cooler expire or does it mature like most wines? The reason I ask this is, there's a date on a bottle I bought lately. It doesn't say best before or use by just "10:06 JAN2020".

    It's not just wine in the bottle though, there's other ingredients which make it a wine spritzer. The date is a best before not a use by date so it's unlikely to make you sick. At worst it probably just taste slightly off.
