    Hi all
Wondering if any one can help me out please...

My bluetooth connection has stopped working on my 2010 Ford Focus all of a sudden.
The only thing I've done recently is an update on my phone which shouldn't really effect..

Anyway the issue is, when I've tried to pair it in the past I turn on my bluetooth(on phone) and instantly Ford Audio/Ford Focus Audio appeared and I could connect no problem.

When I turn on my bluetooth now this no longer appears and a series of numbers and letters appear?

    Any idea how to fix??

Try un-pair/forget , then pair again

Try a different physical phone from a friend and see if you can pair or unpair.

I did a phone software update before and pairing stopped working and android auto stopped working. Other apps that would not work, worked with newer phone software.

So there may be nothing changed or wrong with car

Thanks guys but still no joy after trying that .
Phone was showing as "bonded" on radio.

But when I try to pair again the "Ford Audio" is not showing as an option to pair phone bluetooth too

Phone BT "discoverable" need to be enabled for car to be able to see it after unpaired - can you confirm that?

Try deleting your phone from the cars system and the car from phone then try to pair it.
